A SHORT GUIDE

How ClipMint works

The conversion happens on your device, not on a file-processing server.

01

Choose a local file

Select or drop an audio or video file already stored on your device. ClipMint does not accept video-platform URLs.

02

Choose an output

Pick a format and, where supported, adjust audio bitrate, video resolution, or a start and end time. Options that the bundled engine cannot provide are disabled.

03

Convert in your browser

ClipMint loads its FFmpeg WebAssembly engine from this website on first use. The engine reads your selected file in browser memory and creates the output locally. The first load is about 30 MB.

04

Download your result

Save the output directly to your device. ClipMint does not keep a server copy. Refreshing or closing the page clears the working file from the app.
